30-Day Return Policy
Shop Indoor Golf accepts returns on eligible products within 30 calendar days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in like-new condition
All original packaging, accessories, and components must be included
Items showing signs of use, wear, or missing components may be subject to additional fees or may be ineligible for return
Provide your order number and the item(s) you wish to return
If approved, return instructions will be provided
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Restocking Fees
All approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee
If a returned product shows visible signs of use or is missing components such that it can no longer be resold as new, it may be classified as a refurbished unit
Refurbished returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 40%
Restocking fees are deducted from the refund amount.
Refund Processing
Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
Processing times vary depending on your bank or card issuer
