Returns & Exchanges

Thrive Pickleball accepts returns on eligible products within 30 calendar days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

Items must be new and unused
Returned in original packaging, including plastic wrap and all accessories
Items returned in a condition that is not resalable may be subject to a 25% restocking fee
Items deemed used or unacceptable are not eligible for return

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable

How to Start a Return

Provide your order number and reason for return
If approved, return instructions will be provided

Returns sent without prior approval may be refused.

Warranty Policy

All Thrive Pickleball products include a 180-day (6-month) limited manufacturer’s warranty from the original purchase date.

What the Warranty Covers

Verified manufacturing defects

Approved warranty claims may result in:

A replacement product shipped at no cost
Warranty coverage is limited to up to two (2) replacements per purchased paddle

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

Normal wear and tear
Damage from improper use, abuse, negligence, or accidents
Cosmetic issues such as fading graphics or worn grip tape
Theft or loss
Products obtained through giveaways, donations, or free promotions
Claims from non-original purchasers

Thrive Pickleball reserves the right to inspect and evaluate all warranty claims.
