Shipping Policy
• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days.
• Shipping Rates: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $75 within the Continental US.
• Transit Time: Once shipped, standard delivery usually takes 3–5 business days.
• Expedited Options: At checkout, customers have the option to upgrade to 2-Day Shipping for a faster delivery experience.
• International Shipping: We ship globally. Rates and import duties/taxes are calculated in real-time at checkout based on your destination.
Return Policy
• Return Window: 15-Day Money Back Guarantee. We offer a "no questions asked" return policy for all paddles within 15 days of delivery.
• Return Shipping Cost: Paid by Buyer. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping back to our facility in Fairless Hills, PA.
• Condition Requirements: * Standard Paddles: Can be "playtested" but must be returned in good condition with all original accessories.
• Licensed Collaboration Paddles: Returns are only accepted if the paddle is new and unopened in its original packaging.
• Promotional Items: Any free gifts or promotional items received with the purchase must also be returned to receive a full refund.
• Refund Process: Once your return is received, please allow 2–3 business days for our team to process your refund to the original payment method.
• Warranty: Volair offers a 180-day to 1-year limited warranty (depending on the model) against manufacturer defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear, paddle abuse (hitting objects other than a ball), or modifications.
