Shipping Policy

Processing Time: Orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days.

Shipping Rates: We offer Free Shipping to the lower 48 states for all e-bike models.

Transit Time: Shipping typically takes 5–7 business days via FedEx or UPS from our US-based warehouses (Las Vegas).

Shipping Destinations: For Hawaii or Alaska, a flat shipping surcharge applies at checkout.

Refused Shipments: Please do not reject the delivery. If you wish to cancel after the bike has shipped, you must receive the package first and then contact us to arrange a return. Refusing a delivery may incur a $200 penalty fee to cover carrier handling.
Return Policy

Return Window: 7 Calendar Days. You must initiate a return request within 7 days of receiving your e-bike.

Condition Requirements: To be eligible for a refund, the bike must be in 100% New, Re-sellable condition.

The bike cannot have been assembled, ridden, or used.

It must be free of dirt, dust, and odors.

The odometer must show 0 miles.

Packaging: All items must be returned in the original packaging including all manuals, warranty cards, chargers, and accessories.

Fees & Costs:

Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping to the Eunorau US warehouse.

Restocking/Administrative Fee: For "buyer’s remorse" returns (e.g., wrong size or changed mind), original shipping costs and a processing fee will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged/Defective Items: If the bike arrives with manufacturing defects or shipping damage, please contact us within 24 hours with photos/videos. In these cases, we will cover the costs of repair or replacement parts.
