Order Processing: Most orders have a standard 1–3 business day handling time (Monday–Friday) prior to shipment.

Transit Times (Contiguous U.S.):

Standard Shipping: Typically arrives in 5–7 business days after processing.
Priority Shipping: Typically arrives in 2–3 business days after processing.

Shipping Costs: We offer Free Shipping on all Engage Pickleball orders over $75 within the contiguous United States. For orders under $75, standard carrier rates apply at checkout.

The 30-Day "Test Drive" Guarantee

We want you to find the perfect paddle. Through our partnership with Engage, we offer a industry-leading "no-questions-asked" return policy.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to test your paddle. If you aren’t completely satisfied, you can return it for a full refund—even if it has been played with.

2. Return Conditions

Paddles: Eligible for return within 30 days regardless of use (normal play testing is expected).

Accessories/Apparel: Must be in new, unwashed, and unused condition with original tags and packaging.

Exclusions: Final sale items or clearance products (clearly marked at time of purchase) are not eligible for return.

3. Fees & Shipping

Restocking Fees: We charge a 25% restocking fees for Engage Pickleball paddles returned within the 30-day window.

Return Shipping: Precision Sport provides a Prepaid Return Label for all U.S. customers. The cost of return shipping is covered by us as part of the Engage guarantee.

4. How to Start a Return

Contact us at support@apexsportgear.com with your order number. We will provide you with a return authorization and your prepaid shipping label.
