At Apex Sport Gear, we partner with Titan Pickleball to get you on the court as fast as possible. Most orders are processed with high-speed efficiency to meet the demands of the game.

Order Processing: Orders placed by 12:00 PM Central Time on weekdays typically ship the same day. Otherwise, please allow 1 business day for handling.

Shipping Costs: We offer Free Ground Shipping on all orders over $49 within the contiguous United States. For orders under $49, a flat rate is calculated at checkout.

Signature Requirement: Please note that high-value equipment (such as Titan Ball Machines) may require a signature upon delivery for security.

We are so confident in Titan’s premium T700 Carbon Fiber technology that we invite you to "Test Drive" your new gear on the court.
1. 30-Day Risk-Free Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item. Unlike many brands, Titan allows you to play with the paddle to ensure it fits your style.
2. Condition Requirements

Paddles: Eligible for return in new or gently used condition. (Paddles showing signs of severe abuse, modifications, or re-gripping are ineligible).

Bags, Hats & Gear: Must be in unused condition with original tags.

Ball Machines: Must be in original packaging with all manuals and accessories included. (Note: A 25% restocking fee applies to ball machine returns to cover technical inspection).
3. Non-Returnable Items

Used batteries and chargers.

Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Blemished/Demo" units.

Personalized or modified equipment.
4. Fees & Shipping

Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs for "Trial" returns.

Damages/Defects: If your order arrives damaged or is defective, Precision Sport will provide a Prepaid Return Label at no cost to you.

Restocking Fees: $0 for paddles and apparel. A 10%–20% fee applies only to Ball Machines.
5. How to Start a Return
Contact us at support@apexsportgear.com with your order number. We will provide the specific manufacturer return address and instructions.

By purchasing a Titan Pickleball product, you acknowledge and agree to this Titan Pickleball Shipping, Returns & Warranty Policy, which overrides the Apex Sport Gear master policy for Titan Pickleball items.
